All prices are in US dollars (USD). Your bank converts to your local currency at checkout; card and Apple/Google Pay are handled securely by Stripe.

Your confirmation email includes a transaction reference (beginning pi_). Keep it for any questions about your order — it lets us trace your payment and your items. A separate payment receipt is also available from the card statement.

Because every item is made to order, production can begin within minutes. If you need a change, email us straight away quoting your transaction reference — we'll help if the order hasn't already gone to print.

Items are printed on demand. Typical timing is 2–5 business days to produce plus shipping time for your region. You'll get a shipping email with tracking when each item is dispatched.

We print each product at the facility best suited to it — often the one closest to you, to cut delivery time and waste. If your order mixes product types (say a mug and a sticker), the items may be made in different facilities and ship separately, so they can arrive on different days and in separate parcels. Each parcel has its own tracking, and you're only charged one shipping fee (or none, on orders over $75).

When an item ships you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link for that parcel. An order split across parcels (see above) will have a tracking link per parcel — so you may receive more than one shipping email for a single order. Quote your transaction reference if you need us to look anything up.

Yes — worldwide. Shipping is calculated live at checkout for your destination, and is free on orders over $75. Any import duties or taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Mugs are 11oz ceramic (dishwasher & microwave safe). T-shirts are soft cotton (Gildan 64000). Totes are natural cotton; water bottles are 17oz stainless steel. The wall calendar is printed on 250gsm silk stock; the notebook is a hardcover journal. Stickers are kiss-cut vinyl and magnets are die-cut — both 3×3in.

White and black mugs are solid ceramic; red, blue, green and yellow are white mugs with a coloured rim, handle and interior, so the design stays crisp on the white body. T-shirts come in six colours — on darker shirts the design prints in a soft off-white ink so every word stays readable.

The 2027 wall calendar comes in two sizes at the same price: A4 (or US Letter) and the larger A3 (or US 11×16.5"). Pick your size at checkout — it's printed in your region for faster delivery.

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind. But if your item arrives faulty, damaged or misprinted, email us a photo within 30 days quoting your transaction reference and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
